Caribsports poor c.s and too much BS

Just a heads up and I am a bit curious if anyone else deals with this book. The whole situation is as follows...Last week I transferred 3200 to a friend using their internet buddy transfer, I wasn't sure how to do this and they actually walked me through it on the phone. He wagered and did well and withdrew still leaving a positive balance at his account. Yesterday he sent me 6000 using the buddy transfer and here is where the bs started. First, he called me and told me when he tried to transfer carib's website said "access blocked to this area". I called them and asked what was up and I was told that the blocks will be removed and the transfer completed but that I must play the money before withdrawing. Fine no problem. I playe d the 6000 2 times through and have a balance over 12000. Of course I try to withdraw last night and now my access to the cashout form is blocked so I call them and was told it would be fine by 8:00am that I should speak with Mario at that time. Well low and behold I get up around 10:00am and call for Mario but he is too busy on the phone to talk to me. I am then told by a cs rep that there should be no problem but they need to talk to a director and things should be fine by 11:00. (Why haven't they talked to a director yet when I called last night and made sure that a message was left for Mario, the supervisor??? Anyhow, 11:00 comes I call and what do you know NOTHING! However, I am now able to talk to Mario and he tells me he needs to talk to a director???? Where are these mysterious directors that they can not be reached since last night? I know if there is a problem at my company I can reach a director in seconds! Anyhow, Mario goes on to tell me in wonderful CS ease that I need to call him every hour and he will try to give me feedback???? Feedback I don't want Feedback I want my $$$$$. I will keep everyone up to date and Pinnacle I am coming back to stay forever. It absolutely is BS that they block access to your account for withdrawing when wagering is fine and then can not get a hold of a "director" to remove the block! Anyone else have this kind of poor experience with Caribsports?? Sorry so long. Good luck all.

I don't understand why you had to roll the transferred amount you buddy sent back to you twice? Did you get a bonus ir is this there buddy transfer procedure? Carib is solid payout wise for my experiences but their CS has always been crappy IMO.

There were multiple lengthy threads about a month ago, both here and at Major Wager, about a problem someone was having as a result of doing buddy transfers with Carib. Apparently, it is a dangerous game.

Hey guys,
No there was no bonus whatsoever. If they don't want to do the transfers then just eliminate that option. What is it for??? Thanks for the replies. Good luck all.

Guys,
I do believe I will get paid. I just think it is pathetic to make up BS excuses to delay a payout. Damn, just pay the money when YOU lose and collect the money BEFORE you win. It is that easy sportbooks, they COLLECT up front and give bs on the payout side.

Thanks for your offer to help. Please go ahead and call William he will know what account you are talking about. Or call Mario as he is "working" on it. I am a bit uncomfortable giving out my acct. #. I do believe I will eventually be paid but a top 3 book?? If that is the case God help us all.

That's the scary part... that all this nickle and dime crap is being pulled by books that are supposed to be highly rated. You expect this kind of treatment from shit holes like Black Rhino but when the so-called industry leaders start treating people like this it makes one wonder about where the industry is going and whether they're even thinking about the long haul or just trying to make as much as they can before these internet gambling bans get passed.

The real problem with thread like this is we will never hear the other side of the story..Carib will not post here.. and we must take the word of the gamblers..Why would he transfer that much money?Why would he then do a transfer again??I'm sure carib is not looking to stiff this guy..I'm sure that are just going ??? too!

Let have a understanding how great of a sportsbook Caribsports is..there momo service is terrific..There horse room is terrific..There policy about cashing out anyway you would like is terrific..There grading games is terrific..There if bets are terrific..This sportsbook has all sportsbook numbers..

I'll answer all calls and post the messages Carib sends me. I just talked with mario again who has informed me that he is the only supervisor I can talk to unless I want to talk to the casino suprvisor or internet supervisor. So obviously he is the only one that will talk to me and he is at the very least unhelpful. I asked what country they were in and who issues there license and I was told it is on their site I can find it. Real helpful from a supervisor who is slow paying me. I can not believe that he has not been able to contact any director all day???? During business hours what if the site had a problem??? This is such crap anybody who willingly plays here can expect knothing short of the worst cs I have ever recieved. As for why I transferred so much. Well the 3200 I sent my friend and the 6000 he sent me is really not "that much" I wager betwenn 2000 and 3000 a game. Mario I know you are reading this as you told me you saw the posting so respond or better yet take care of the problem. Any one have any suggestions on who I can contact to formally make a complaint or better yet somebody with some authority that can help me at Carib other than Mario. Again, I knwo I will be paid but I want my money now so I can send it to pinnacle and play some games tonight. Also why should I not be upset when I simply want to withdraw my money and get all this runaround? What is the standard delay before one can say ok I have been getting screwed for 2 days, three days.....Obviously they are erking me around by saying they cannot get a director all day and sorry but there has to be someone else I can talk to other than Mario there.

Well here is the update. They said I had to transfer the 6000 back to my buddy's account and I could withdraw the rest. I put in for a neteller withdrawal of my remaining funds and am now awaiting them in my neteller account. I told them I am gonna tell my buddy to instantly withdraw his entire balance from them via Neteller as well and they said this would be no problem. We shall see. I will update as things happen. my 2 cents worth is carib is protecting the "buddy" they probably want to contact the buddy before releasing money. The buddy transfer thing is great but I am sure a few people have been swindled out of money via this buddy system transfer. It is a great software feature but probably not intended to move so much money. You will get your funds if no "tom foolery" has been performed.

What this industry NEEDS is some sort of regulatory body that books can join that would protect the interests of both the books AND players. The situation now is basically sending someone thousands of miles in another country your money and then CROSSING YOUR FINGERS that they won't jerk you around when it's time to settle up. This body should have the power to arbitrate disputes because some situations the book is right and others the player is right. The reason these forums get clogged with so many complaints is because (whether the player or book happens to be in the right) these forums are the ONLY RECOURSE that the player has to apply any leverage at all on the book when the player is dissatisfied. The books are under no obligation to treat the customer with respect or to not brush him off with one BS excuse after another when they call with a problem or a withdrawl request.

My feeling though is that a lot of these books DO NOT WANT any regulation because they LIKE doing business however the hell they feel like it. They know they're in a jurisdiction which doesn't care and that is out of the reach of most Americans. That is why I have made up my mind that the only sports book I will play at is Canbet because they are about as regulated and trustworthy as you can get, and seem like they run their company LIKE a real company and not a bank account for whoever owns the web site.
